Blaize File Converter

Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 April 2026

These terms apply to your use of this file conversion site (the "Service"). The Service is operated in the United Kingdom by Blaize Studios, trading as an individual / sole trader (not a limited company). It is offered on a reasonable-efforts basis. There is no guarantee of uptime, conversion quality, or support response times.

No responsibility for outcomes. You use the Service at your own risk. Blaize Studios is not responsible for any loss, damage, corruption, disclosure, or misuse of files you upload, converted outputs, or any business or personal consequences arising from use or inability to use the Service, except where the law does not allow that exclusion (for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, cannot be excluded).

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You must not:

  • Upload malware, exploits, or material intended to harm people or systems
  • Upload content that is illegal in the UK, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist material, or content that incites violence or hatred
  • Interfere with or overload the Service, including bypassing rate limits
  • Upload other people's personal or confidential information without a lawful basis
  • Use bots or automation to abuse the Service without permission

Intellectual property and misuse

You must not use the Service to infringe copyright or other rights. Blaize Studios may block access where misuse is suspected.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is". Conversions may be imperfect. Layout, fonts, metadata, and advanced features may not survive conversion. Blaize Studios does not warrant fitness for any particular purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaize Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, profit, or business, or any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.

Paid plans, downgrades, and refunds

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. If you choose to move back to the Free plan, your paid features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, then access returns to Free limits.

You may request a refund within 30 days of a new subscription charge if paid features were not delivered as described on the pricing page, subject to fair use and payment processor timelines. Refunds are handled case by case and may require a short review.
